Description

WE DO NOT SHIP. Must pick up in Okatie. WE DO NOT accept anything but cash upon pickup. We reserve the right to turn potential adopters down.
We are re-homing our black capped conure. He has been DNA tested and is a male. He can ONLY go to a home without children as he needs a quiet environment with someone who has experience with these birds. Proof of experience is required. There is a $150 adoption fee for him. He is very healthy and 3 years old. He does bite if he gets nervous. He is territorial of his cage, hence why he needs someone who understands parrots and has experience with them. He likes to greet people when he see's them (pretty birdy, hello and other various words are a few)... He also enjoys talking to the birds outside. HE IS VERY friendly towards other birds and has helped raise some baby birds for us. He is getting super stressed out by our other pets and we feel like he would be happier with a family that has much less going on, such as a family without cats.
