Our clients and their pets are the reason we continue to thrive in a community that our team has served for over 20 years! Having purchased California Pet Hospital in 1996, Dr. Randy Lung decided to pass the ownership of his beloved hospital onto the VetnCare team in 2016. Dr. Ali Silver joined as Clinical Director and Partner in 2020.
