Like most of the large breed cats, they have a long lifespan (15-20 years), as well as long growing period, which takes 3 to 5 years to reach their full maturity. Siberian forest cats are known as hypoallergenic because they produce less Fel d1protein, which is the primary allergen present on cats. Most importantly, they are a long-history breed that have been natural selected for generations, so they are very strong and hardy, which have less health problem and saves the owner lots of costs to visit an animal hospital. They are very affectionate and purr easily. They are litter box trained. We have 3 males and two females.
